What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We currently only accept credit cards, debit cards, echecks, and instant tranfers via Paypal.
You CAN make your purchase through Paypal without having a Paypal account! After you confirm your order, you will be sent to Paypal's check out. On the left of the sign in box, you will see this

When you click the "continue" link, Paypal will take you to a secure page where you can pay for your QT Pie Bowtique order.
You will be asked to enter your credit card and billing information. Once you complete check out, you will receive a receipt via email.
Do you take custom orders? TOP
Yes, we love to take custom orders! How long does shipping take? TOP
All hair bow orders take around 2-10 days to process and ship. Our bows are each handcrafted just for you, not mass produced, so this takes a bit more time. Larger orders may take longer.
During the busy holiday season shipping can take up to 3 weeks so please place your orders accordingly. What is your return policy? TOP
All QT Pie bows are guaranteed high quality.
If you are not satsfied with your purchase you have the option of returning your bows in new, unused condition in the original packaging.
Once the package is received you will be refunded your purchase price less shipping.
Consider using USPS Delivery Confirmations on returns, as we can not be responsible for lost return packages. Are you CPSIA compliant? TOP
All ribbons used in QT Pie hair bows have been third party tested using XRF technology and are in full compliance with the acceptable levels of lead outlined in the CPSIA (http://www.cpsc.gov/about/cpsia/legislation.html).
Our flat back resins, clips, hair bow cards, and ribbons are either are well below 20 ppm or do not contain Lead or di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP).
All hair bows with centers, buttons, rhinestones, other embellishments, and small parts are not recommended for children under the age of 6 years because of choking hazards.
My daughter has fine hair. What do you recommend? TOP
Headbands are a perfect solution for little girls with thin hair.
We also recommend our no slip grip option. These are placed on the inside of the clip to secure your bow or clip to fine, thin hair. Can I send in a picture of my little girl wearing her QT Pie bows? TOP
Absolutely! We would love to put your picture in our customer photo gallery.
